fieldcalc gives you arithmetic, quickly. Every figure on the site is worked from the measurements and assumptions you type in — nothing more. Read the results as estimates for ordering and planning, and check them against your own on-site numbers before anything is cut, poured or paid for.
Estimates, not specifications
Material densities, bag yields, coverage rates and site conditions vary, and the defaults on each tool are common starting points, not guarantees. Where a figure matters, the calculator lets you override it — do so with a real number from your supplier or your plans whenever you can.
Not engineering or code advice
These tools lay out quantities and geometry. They do not size structures, judge load capacity, or certify that anything meets a building code. Slab thickness, stair limits, span and load, and every other question of safety belong to your drawings, your building authority, and where required a qualified engineer. When arithmetic and a code or a professional disagree, the code and the professional win.
